Restaurant Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
• Physically fit, able to stand on long hours.
• Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, inventories, and ordering of food and supplies, ensure customer satisfaction, and great dining experience.
• Training junior level according to company expectations.
• Manage Chinese groups dining, knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
• Provide excellent service to both external and internal customers.
• Good people management skills to handle staffing issues e.g. staff training, discipline, etc.
• Positive behavior and a good learning attitude.
• Proactive and a good team player.
• Good listening and thinking skills.
• Hands-on and skilled in basic operation works and able to stand for long hours.

Junior Sous Chef
• Physically fit, able to stand on long hours.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude, behavior, and lead by example in all aspects. Proactive with communication between all staff within the team.
• Possesses good knowledge of culinary skills, having knowledge of Japanese and French Cuisine is a plus point.
• Scheduling and labor control skills.
• Perform Inventory and ordering for the outlet.
• Basic equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Responsible for the selection, training, development, and discipline of the kitchen personnel.
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of food products and ensuring consistency in food delivery and standards.
• Maintain and supervise good housekeeping practices and ensure that the kitchen staff maintains a high standard of hygiene in all areas in the kitchen.
• Assign, coordinate, and supervise areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and minimize wastage in food preparation.

Commis Cook / Leading Cook
Responsibilities:
• Cook and prep according to SOP.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen working area.
Working Hours:
• 44 hours work week.
• Weekends and PH able to work.
• Able to work overtime if required.
• Meals, Uniform, Training Provided.
• Loyalty Incentive after 6 months.
• Annual leave, Medical leave as per MOM guidelines.

Kitchen Crew: Full-time /
Permanent Part-time/ Part-time

10am to 4pm or 4pm to 10pm.
